Default My car sounds like the Horn of an 18-wheeler when I make a turn

I'm not sure how to explain it so I took a little video. Brakes or emergency brake shoe?

When those noises were happening were you turned all the way to the stops?

Yes I believe so but I think the noise is coming from the back. What are you thinking?

Power steering pump? Turning a wheel all the way to one side or the other is hard on the pump. Does it only happen when turning left or does it also happen when hitting the stop when turning right?
Although that is pretty loud if the audio is accurate to the in person sound.

I did not try turning to the right and I would not have thought of the power steering pump but I'll certainly check that out period really appreciate the help. I guess I need to verify coming from the back. I thought it might have been my emergency brake shoe hanging up?
