Car Pillars (better than Jackstands)
Somebody asked me about a remark of mine about
car pillars I had made. Here's a cartoon. I found them
quite sturdy and not-scary, used them for over a
decade (maybe close to two) before the carpenter
bees made too many holes in them. Thus the drawing
calls out pressure treated wood. All responsibility is
your own. But I'm alive to tell and no close calls, even
doing stuff like rusty exhaust griefing and fuel tank R&R
on a van, up on all 4 - the body just doesn't move.
Don't try that on jackstands.
Safety ***** can suck it.

I've seen those before. Never made some since I have 4 small craftsman jack stands and 2 large ones (when I need to get the car real high and don't feel comfortable extending the small ones to their limits)
I would use these to put the car on it's wheels/tires: (funny I found a Fbody)
