Where is the temp gauge sensor for a 2002 V6 camaro?

Hi guys

I got a friend with a 2002 V6 Camaro, over 200K miles!!!

Anyway, his temp gauge stopped working, he reset it via the OBDII scanner, everything is working fine now but where is the temp gauge sensor located at? He's thinking he needs to replace it.

Your help is appreciated, thanks guys!
