Default 98 Trans Am Tacho not working

The Revcounter on my 1998 Trans Am is nor working. I have changed the instrument panel and its still not working. Im guessing its a wiring issue. I know its a white wire from the ECU which I believe runs through C230 connector. Does anyone know where this connector is located?
