my car started vibrating at 15-2- and then at 65-70 in october i hit a tire with rim on the hwy going 65-70 it punctured my oil pan and ever since have been having vibrations

Did your tires strike this wheel in the highway? When you mention vibrations, or possibly "shuttering", I am thinking that maybe your steering was damaged or thrown off, you have a tire out of alignment or out of balance, your suspension may have been damaged, if you have rear-wheel drive, the tire may have jarred the driveshaft. There are numerous things that can cause "vibrations" or even "shuttering". I wish I could ride-along in your car to "feel" where this sensation is coming from and to listen for hints as to where it could be from.
