Very common issue, could be a belt tensioner or idler pulley (one of each on the A/C belt and the main acc. belt systems), or it could just be the belt itself getting old. You can narrow it down to just one belt system by removing the other belt and seeing if the noise is still present.

I've had this problem that's progressively getting worse on the main drive. I've cleaned and greased all the serviceable pulleys, and it still squeaked. The other day I removed the belt and found there were little hard pieces (like tiny pebbles) imbedded in the grooves. I dug them all out with a small flat screwdriver (there were about a dozen of them in total) and now the squeaking is gone. I guess I could have bought a new belt but I prefer the free fix when available.

belt "chirp" on serpentine belt systems typically is due to weak belt tensioner and or worn belt. Both are "wear" items.
