Default oil pressure gauge

I have a 2000 Camaro and the oil pressure gauge is still reading when the car is off. It will go to 0 with the key on / engine off but then when you turn the key off it will creep back up to 30 -60 psi. I replaced the sending unit but it still does the same thing. Any ideas?

Pretty sure mine does this also, I'll double check but if so I wouldn't worry about it.

Same here. It's the only gauge that doesn't fall to zero when it's off.

I couldn't remember if it was always like that or not. It's been a while since I've drove it. Thank you!
