Default 2000 ws6, turns over won't start

First off I'm new to the forum, have been apart of a few 3rd Gen forums in years past. i'm having major issues that i can't seem to figure out and am looking for a different point of view. Any help would be awesome.

Every major thing i have done so far.

Maybe someone can't point out something im missing.

2000 PONTIAC TRANS AM WS6
6.0 IRON BLOXK, 241 HEADS,CAM, LS6 INTAKE ETC
MOTOR AND TRANS CAME OUT OF MY WRECKED 2000 MODEL FORMULA
TOOK COMPLETE SWAP OUT AND INSTALLED INTO THE ROLLER WHICH IS A 2000 TRANS AM WS6


*COMPARED HARNESSES BEFORE INSTALLING ENGINE. COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT WAS DIFFERENT THAT MATTERED.
ORIGINAL HARNESS WAS CONVERTED FROM A4 TO M6 HARNESS, COULDNT FIND ANY TYPE OF HINDERANCE TO MAKE ME USE THE FORMULA HARNESS

*DOUBLE CHECKED INJECTOR HARNESS FOR CORRECT WIRE COLOR AT CORRECT COIL.

*PULLED FUEL PUMP, CHECKED FEED LINE. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, GAS WAS GOOD AS WELL.

*FUEL PRESSURE AT RAIL WAS 58 PSI, WAS ALSO AT 58 PSI WHILE ROLLING OVER.

*CHECKED SPARK WITH SPARK TESTER AND TRADITIONAL WAY.

*REPLACED CAM SENSOR

*REPLACED VALVE COVER AND INTAKE GASKETS

*PCM HAS BEEN VIN MATCHED AND THE VATTS IS DISABLED
WHEN I GOT PCM BACK FROM TUNER CAR ACTUALLY STARTED BUT RAN LIKE DOG CRAP. HASN'T RAN AGAIN SENSE.

*REPLACED CRANK SENSOR BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT ACTED WHEN IT RAN AND SYMPTOMS IT WAS SHOWING (STILL NO CHANGE ROLLS OVER AND THUMOPS IN EXHASUT WITH SLIGHT BACKFIRE)

*SO SEEMS LIKE IT WAS FLOODED OR FLOODING FROM START UP SO

*PULLED PLUGS AGAIN, WHERE BLACK REPLACED AGAIN STILL THE SAME ROLLS OVER ACTS LIKE IT WANTS TO RUN BUT DOES NOTHING BUT THUMP (HASN'T BACKFIRED SINCE I DONE THIS)

*USING THE INTAKE AND MAF FROM THIS CAR AND NOT MY OLD SETUP. hAVE TRIED CHANGING OUT TO SEE IF IT MADE ANY DIFFERENCE.

THIS IS WHERE I AM AT AT THE MOMENT. DEBATING ON GIVING UP AND HAULING IT TO MY TUNER. TIRED OF SEEING IT SIT THERE.

does it run with MAF unplugged? what size injectors are you running with the heads/cam setup? any DTCs?

No, stock injectors. No DTCs

what tune was flashed in the PCM?

has a custom tune for the motor, just sent it to get Vin matched. he didnt change the tune
