Knock after drive home?

Knock after drive home? Car in question is an 02 ls1 automatic.
Drove to and from work with no problems, other than my **** a.c. clutch throwing bird screehes into the sky, parked and shut it off. Went to pick my sister up and started knocking after I went down the road a bit so I shot back home and parked. Only knocks when I'm driving and a bit in reverse, stops when I stop and I gave it a rev while in park to make sure it wasn't the engine itself. 😢 my baby's hurting....please help.
