Default New to the Site and I need help!!! Thanks

Hello Guys,

I have a 99 Trans Am. Love it to death, have owned it over 6 years. Made the mistake of removing the dash and now I have a lone plug I cannot find the location/module for. Does anyone know exactly how to plug this thing back up????

V/r

Thanks

Just cut it and tuck it away. Just kidding - of course.

What's NOT working? That would be my approach.

HA I wish. At this time when the battery is connected the alarm goes off, no ignition or starter, and head lights pop up while signal lights flash. I think theres a module or something that it plugs into but I have no idea what the name of it is or where its located behind the dash(Ive looked without completely removing the dash(trying to avoid that)).

Any ideas?

Thanks for the response!

I'm at a loss. I checked my service manual and don't see anything 24 pin. Hopefully someone else will chime in for you.

Good luck.

I assume it would plug into the cluster area, but like everyone else I really don't know either.

Best bet, remove the dash & look for it, and let us all know for future reference!

It looks kind of like a drive-by-wire box plug, like I've seen on trucks
