2000 camaro Front Seat Belt Guide Screw/Bolt Size?
Starting off by saying sorry if this is an unintentional repost. I'm trying to find the specs for the screws that hold on the driver and passenger side seatbelt guides. The previous owner broke both of them and the screws are long gone. After having owned the car for almost a year now, definitely time to get the ones I ordered 2 months ago on.

The screw is a #8, 3/4" oval head sheet metal screw with a captive countersunk washer. All painted black. (The washer looks the a cone of shame that one would put on an injured dog, etc.) Here's what they look like in chrome: (I can't find a black picture.)
This can't be found at a hardware store, but it is a common GM trim screw. Most good auto parts store will have an assortment of them in the HELP! parts section. They come in an assortment of other black screws with a "GM" on the package. You may have to buy multiple packages to get the 4 you need.
Sometimes, the screws also don't come with the captive washer - so it may take some years/hunting until you come across that particular screw. For your purpose, I'd think a non-washer head screw should be fine.

I found the actual description:
Search for "black #8 with #6 phillips oval head flush washer trim screw" and you'll get them:
Parts stores may still have the assortment, but you can get the exact thing off the web. This is the same time of screw used in the car's sill covers, etc.
