Default Anybody have clue what's wrong?

I have a stock 02 Camaro SS, weekend cruiser. Pulled it out the garage and everything was running fine. Tried to crank it later and it ran for about 10 seconds then stumbled over and died. Tried to restart but this time gave it a little gas and it died immediately when i pressed the gas pedal. Anybody ever experience this issue or have a clue what might be wrong?

Any DTC codes? Bad gas? Clogged fuel filter? Will it start with a little starting fluid into the air filter hole? Don't use a lot of this but it is a good diagnostic tool.

I was thinking the same thing. I gonna get fuel pressure gauge and start with that. Then check filter and injectors. I really hope it isn't the pump because I don't have the trap door mod. Any recommendations on an aftermarket replacement fuel pump?

I agree with checking fuel pressure and for any stored codes to start. I wouldn't worry about replacing anything until you have some idea of what's wrong based on those diagnostics. If it does need a pump, and you plan to keep the car stock/stockish, I'd go with a Delphi replacement (they were the OE supplier).

how long was it sitting? like others said, could be bad gas so check the fuel pressure as well as do a tune-up such as check the air filter if there's a clog from squirrels or mice and clean the maf sensor etc.
