Default Confirmed bad TPS again, better brand than ACDelco?

Hi, I've gone through two ACDelco throttle position sensors in 4 years, one from their professional line and one from their OEM line. Both developed erratic voltages when the throttle is turned from closed to fully open.

Is there a different brand that people have better luck with or was I just unlucky?

Youre just unlucky. Do not buy another brand, it will surely fail.

Advance Auto had a coupon. Got the ACDelco OEM version for $30.

HA HA HA HA HA AC Delco isn't a good brand any more. They buy from where ever and repackage. Could be good,,,,could be garbage. I always buy Delphi and have had zero failures. 5years and 100k miles ago I replaced the TPS with a Delphi and its still werkin nice....... I special ordered it at Advance but most any place online will handle them.

I'd be interested in trying a Delphi one if none of these work out. Yup, plural. Somebody at Advance Auto gave me a box of six TP sensors instead of a single one. I guess I'll see about selling the extras.

You know, this happened to me once with Amazon. Wound up with a box of Microplane graters instead of just one.

Look at them close, they may be Delphi.

So, getting P0122 again. Am I probably looking at a wiring/connector issue?
