No click, doesn't turn over. New battery. Gauges work, signal markers come on, no headlights though. If we jump the starter motor at the relay it turns over. Otherwise no sound. No clicking nothing. Security light isn't on. So it's not the starter or wire to starter. Swapped relays around. Still doesn't turn over.

Ideas?
