Car won't start

Having a strange issue. 2002 TA. Turn the ignition on and nothing happens. All accessories work, all lights work { except DRL}. No lights come on on the dash display. Scanner shows no faults and the security light is not lit up. Checked all fuses, replaced clutch safety switch and still nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you hear the starter trying to engage the flywheel? Any clicking noise heard?

There is a clicking noise when ignition is turned on.

If you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key, then you likely have a dead battery. You may have enough juice for the accessories, but not enough to engage the starter solenoid which needs a good amount of amps.

Wouldn't the dash gauges still come on even with a low battery?

I would think so. When you say that you checked all the fuses, did you check both the fuses under the hood and inside the car on the side of the dash? The fuse for the gauge cluster is inside the car, not under the hood, and if I am not mistaken when that fuse blows, the car won't start.
