power seat

Is there a way I can check to see if my seat is going back all the way it should. I moves forward and back but I feel tight in the car and I am not that tall.

Look at the back end of the floor rails. Does it track back all the way to the stops?

There is a modification you can do to the track that will give you an extra inch and a half or so of travel. I found it on here years ago and had it for many years without any side effects or problems. It involved pulling the seat and bending down the tab at the end of the track. I don't remember the details but I'm sure you could find it with a search.

Its odd, the manual seats go way back but the power seats don't. I my TA the power seat doesn't go back very far, anyone over 5'8 forget it way too tight. The Camaro with manual seats goes back so far I can just barely touch the pedals, Its a bit odd.
