Default Oil pan gasket: Fel-Pro, ACDelco OEM, or other?

Not really worried about cost (it's just a gasket), just want a great gasket. The Fel-Pro one includes little plastic threaded studs and is $35 less. But if ACDelco is a better gasket, it's no problem to buy 4 bolts and cut off the heads. Both look like rubber with a steel core.

Use just the gasket or add a little sealant around? I see some people use something like Permatex gray around the front and back.

I've got a torque wrench to do it to spec.
