Default Very strange place for coolant leak?

So my car has been in garage the past few days notice a small (50 cent piece) size under passenger side frame rail under where you jack the car coming out of the jacking holes in the frame??? Now it is steady....??? Riddle me that!!??? I looked EVERYWHERE and can find no leaking hoses or nothing on the block...? Oil is clean, coolant is clean...? Tripping me out,
For those who have not followed I recently changed the T stat, overflow bottle, temp sensor (WP), flushed system, added new coolant, bled system... Car has sat for the past 12 yrs or so prior to me picking up... What do you guys think? Here is a pic...

Base on the title, I assume you've already determined that this is anti-freeze. With that in mind, the heater core (and associated connection points) would be the only source of coolant that far behind the block, unless there is some other mystery leak that just happens to have found a very unusual path.

Found it...… Let the car run for a few... smelled coolant towards the heater core area under the hood... No coolant in car... none coming from firewall... Then it happened....
The Culprit.... Killed the car, removed the PCM and viola.....

Insulation was soaked... Removed it...

and the money shot....

Just went ahead and ordered a brand new one..

Once warm... It began pissing.... Gotta love it when its something simple... Yeah, it will be a PITA to drain all of the coolant again, remove, reinstall the new heater inlet/outlet hose BUT I won't have to worry about it again... The previous owner must have attempted a bandaid… Yeah, I could probably get away with replacing the hose w a new clamp... But may have the same problem down the road... Fix once and forget it....

Same thing as mine. Being the mileage on my Z28 I replaced the radiator also when I did the heater core. The hardest part was locating the proper hose and cutting them to make a professional looking install. I took pictures if you're interested.

Thanks bro... Pretty straight forward. I knocked mine out yesterday after work. Mine only has 28K miles on it... But it sat since 2002.... Everything is perfect now. Thanks for the comments.
