Installing a New Engine Help

So I've done the difficult part of swapping out my blown motor and the new one is installed. The problem is my stepson disconnected the old engine electrically while I was at work and didn't label anything and now he's moved out (this is about a year later). I'm fairly certain I'll be able to get everything reconnected properly, but I wanted to see if anyone knew of any good sites to use if I get stuck on what connector is for what and proper routing. Also, there is a small switch with three small vacuum line fittings. I found two of the lines, but can't seem to locate the third. What is this thing? Can/should it be tuned out? And if not, ideas on where I should be looking for the lines and mounting the switch?

Thanks!

the 3 line thing is vacuum for your hvac doors. one end goes to the rear of intake, 1 goes to under the pass headlight, and the other disappears into the firewall. you need this if you want to be able to change your heat and ac flow direction

For the wiring, check out YouTube. There are videos there where folks walk through the LS wiring harness and show how to identify all the connectors and wires.

Got the wiring sorted out, still can't find the third line for that switch on the driver's side of the intake manifold. Got the tune loaded and car started and it's idling at 2k rpm with a CHERRY RED driver's side header and an Idle Air Control code popping (the only code). It starts up at 1,400RPM and slow walks up to 2k. Also has sluggish throttle response.

Ideas

the vacuum line on the drivers side is for the AIR solenoid

I found this post super helpful. Mine was apart for a while too.
