Easiest way to change blinker bulbs?

Default Easiest way to change blinker bulbs

I have the clear bumper lenses and one of the bulbs faded all of the suden and so whats the easiest wat to change it(last time i did it the front bumper cover was off b/c of a wreck)

Turn the wheel out on that side.. Pull the plastic inner fender cover out, reach your arm up in there and change the bulb... That is how I do it.. Less than 1 minute to do....

im not sure if you mean the turnsignals or the foglamps, but i just take ou thte head light by disconnecting it, then pull it towards the nose of the car, and it pops off. then you will be able to see the blinkers and you can change the bulbs.

I'm getting too old to crawl around on the ground changing light bulbs, so I pay someone else to do it.
the next easiest way to do it is to remove the radiator cap and slide a new chassis under it.
