check the fluid levels in the resevoir and make sure the switch on the handbrake is working correctly.

If you heard a click I would be looking for a broken switch on the pedal

the switch on the pedal can very easily come out of its hole, happened to me on my 94, easy to fix once you find it, you should be able to see how it works up under there....good luck

just play with your hand brake, im sure it is the switch in there. give the hand brake a few good pushes down

the hand brake works fine.. the light turned on after something clicked on the brake pedal.

Im not sure, but im preety sure the "Brake" light will only come on due to the handbrake, the ABS light will come on if there is a problem with the ABS. Im not sure, but this is what i think. Goodluck.
