Oil Filter Options?

I replaced the PF46 with PF59 filter today and it is
now the lowest point of the undercarriage. Are
there any other filters that have larger than PF46
area, but less height than PF59, and the anti-drain
valve, that fit up nice on an LS1 F-body?
