Default Switch Plate will not stay in place

I took my door panel off to replace my window motor. I tried to put the door panel back on and everything is good except the switch plate, any help?

Check the little metal clips you may have lost one of them or the plastic part they lock into may be broken.

I have both of the metal pieces that are used to hold it down. That is not what is causing it, but the wires are pushing the plate up and I cannot get them down into the door panel enough that it will stay down.
