door Switch Plate will not stay in place

Switch Plate will not stay in place I took my door panel off to replace my window motor. I tried to put the door panel back on and everything is good except the switch plate, any help?

I have both of the metal pieces that are used to hold it down. That is not what is causing it, but the wires are pushing the plate up and I cannot get them down into the door panel enough that it will stay down.
