I replaced my entire turn signal switch. The part was near $30 and it took me a couple hours to replace it. I'm not sure if the high beam switch is integrated into that switch or not. Its been a long time and I can't remember. I searched for a high beam switch for this car and couldn't find anything so you might get away with the turn signal switch. Its a little difficult to replace because you have to disable the air bag and thread the wiring harness down the steering column.

i have the same problem. if i tilt the wheel sometimes as far up as it will go, i can get the brights to come on. so if anyone has any more info i need it too.
