engine won't turn over
 

i tryd turnin my car on after a starter instulation but my motor wont turn. So i turned it manually, it will turn but right when its gona make the complete turn it gets stuck right or left. what could cause this problem havent even ragged on my car lately. could the tranny or the stall cause this to happen. any help please
