major power loss after gas fillup
After I filled up with Mobil 1 91 all the power went away. It had been running weak before this but for one and a half days all the power came back for no reason then after getting gas it all went away. What the hell is going on?

I would check the spark plugs, make sure they are tight. At the same time check the spark plug cabes and the ignition coils. If one of these is failing you can lose power. Because you notice that the power comes and goes I think it may just be that a plug or cable is lose.

No SES light. I changed the fuel filter about 5 weeks ago. I'm gonna check the plugs and wires for tightness. The plugs have maybe 8k miles on them. There NGK tr55's. I'm also gonna test the fuel pressure and clean the maf. If I unplug the maf the power is good. It's not the 02's since there pretty new and read find according to my predator and also the car is low on power when in open loop and at wot. The car has 50k miles and maybe it's time for new plug wires?

I tried the gas cap idea and notta. I get my gas a lot of the time at the same station and that might explain the variance in power. I'm gonna stop getting gas at this station.

Fixed the problem yesterday. Filledup with 76 gas, added a bottle of seafoam to the gas tank and cleaned the maf, which was dirty. All the power is back.
