Pull out the headlight assembly,1 10mm bolt, slide assm. sideways and it will come out, very easy to get to the bulb your talking about.

You can reach it. Access is thru bottom trapdoor panel bolts are also 10mm. You just can't see what your doing but the wire leads are long enough to reach where you can see to change bulb. But I believe i'll try the remove the lite way next time.

It depends if you want to lay down to change it or stand up to change it

I took the headlight out. I tried reaching through that stupid door but there was oxidation and the old bulb took more force to remove than I could apply through my extremely vicarious position/grip when reaching through from the bottom.

That one 10mm at the top right? I slide sideways but no dice. I don't want to exert too much pressure in fear of snapping something. You're not supposed to have to undo any other bolts to get at it?

I swapped the bolts on the trapdoor access panels to face downward and be held on with wingnuts...mmmm convenient.
