Default Help me choose right weight of oil???

I went to the local Walmart(bc canada) this morning trying to get some mobil 1 5w40. They didnt have any and told me they dont stock it. So my choices are 5W30, 10w30, and 5w50. My car has 150000 miles and goes through about 2liters of 5w30 dino oil every 3000 miles or so. what would be my best choice of these three?

I use 5w-30 in the winter and 10w-30 in the summer, both mobile 1 synthetic

car has 100K miles and has ran those oils since the beginning, runs great

We are lucky here in Canada because Walmart sells the best oil out there, which is the German made Castrol Syntec 0w30. The LS1 loves this oil!
