power antenna wont go down fully

power antenna wont go down fully any one know y the power antenna on my 2000 trans am wont go down all the day? it does go down, but seems to get stuck at the very top and the last 4 inches wont fully go down. any thoughts?

Clean it when the radio is on and the antenna is up. Just wipe it off but pay close attention to the top of each segment. Make sure there's no dirt in there and se if that helps.
