alright the first question. if you have noise find out what pulley it is comming from then replace if quite then all you will need is a belt. next answer. you didn't mention changing your rear diff. fluid. other than that just take a gander in your manual it tells you what to replacing.

All you'll need, 15mm socket/wrench and new belt. Check AC belt too while your there. If you need to replace that, you'll need the serpintine off first. The belt from Advanced or Auto Zone will be fine.

Yea replacing your serp belt is really easy, you just turn the 15mm nut that is on the tensioner pulley clockwise (as though to tighten) and it will move down and you'll be able to work the belt off. Don't pull it down too far clockwise though because it's just a spring inside that tensioner pulley and you can dislodge it.. then you have to take off the pulley, the cover and put the spring back in place. Just a word of caution. I bought the gatorback belt because it was only like $20 versus $13, it was pretty noisy for the first few blocks, it's gotten quiter, I don't think there's really that much of a noise difference overall.
