she won't start
 

Having some problems with my camaro. It won't start. I thought the battery ran down but we charged it up and it took the charge and held it good. Still nothing. It won't even try and turn and the starter doesn't even make any noise. I think that it could be something with the security. Has anyone every had a similar problem and can anyone give me any suggestions as to what to try?

does the security light illuminate in the dash when it dosn't start? Also have you checked all fueses related to the starter?

Check the starter relay, not uncommon. If it clicks then that elimiates all the security and stuff like that, if not that swap that relay with another like it and see what happens. Or also ignition relay have issues occasionally on these. same thing swap it with a relay like it (but not the starter relay as it could be bad)

Looks like it turned out to be some wires messed up in the ignition cylinder. Should have it back tomorrow. thanks for the help guys
