hatch falls down on it's own!

Ok after the third time my hatch came down on my head while I was playing around with my stereo setup, I'm really tired of it. Where can I find, and how much does it cost, to get new struts or whatever they are so the hatch stays up?

Try this seller on ebay. He works for SLP. Will vouch for him. Very reliable. I got all my stuff in good condition.

hood struts. i dont they they will be strong enough to hold up the hatch. read their comments.

So the hood struts are the same as the hatch struts? Doesn't the hatch weigh a ton more than the hood?

Usually the hatch weighs a little more (depends on the hood), the struts should be easy to find, local parts store (kragen, autozone, pep boys, etc etc) should have them

:) yea i think both should be fine for that back there...my hatch comes down on me with my mecham tail...it weighs at elast twice as much as the stock T/A wing lol :jest:
