Won't idle

Well my car has been fine last night I get to work and shut it off like usual no problems. This morning I start her up and she won't idle keeps stalling unless I keep my foot on the gas. If I get it to hold an idle it's at like 400 rpms. It was fine last night now it is doing this any idea's? runs and drives normal.

Sounds like your idle air control valve is talking a crap.

All set gay pcv caked it with some oil and it wouldn't work right so I cleaned it up and it's 100%

I had an altenator go out on me and it did what you were describing but common sense would be too look at the iac.
