Default power stearing fluid/leak ??

has anyone had problems with the power steering fluid running low.........or any tips where to look for leaks

Ya i went to get my tires changed out and the guy noted i was leakin from the rack and pinion and that part needed to be replaced. IDK if he was just bullshiting me or what but ya my power steering leaks too

I think allot of our cars leak from the reservoir.. mie is always "weeping"

mine just started leaking out of the rack n pinion....86,000 miles who needs power steering when all i like to do is go fast in a straight line lol

Check the seals on the PS pump.
Check the ends of the steering rack.
Check the two lines that connect the pump & rack and check where the lines connect.
Also the power steering cooler if you have one. Most don't.

That's all that can leak power steering fluid.

my power steering was leaking for quite a while. I really couldn't pinpoint where was the leak coming from cuz there so much power steering fluid all over the undercarriage of the car. I ended up getting the engine/undercarriage steamcleaned. after that I could definatly find where the leak was located.

mine leaked PS fluid in to the cooling system. do a search on PS cooler to get details.

Mine was low the last time I checked. I didn't see any leaks, so I may check the cooling system, I didn't think about the PS cooler leaking internally.

mine is "weeping as stated. need to look into that
