not a f-body but checking the fluid on a malibus transmission 1999 malibu with the 3.1L trans mission dosent have a dip stick.
there is a plug on the pass. side next to the axle. now do you check it when the car is on or off?
if you check it when its on do i check it in park, neutral, or drive?

yes and if it's full fluid should drip out a little bit. if it pours out it is over full, if nothing comes out it's under filled.
