Default Are window motors symmetrical?

Or do I have to buy a driver's one for the drivers side? And how are the Autozone ones?

They're the same PN for either side - wish I would've went with an Autozone lifetime warranty unit, got a "new GM replacement" off ebay and it's noisy.

Yep, same part number for both sides. I've got an autozone motor in my driver's side and it's way faster than the stocker was brand new and I'll never have to buy another one---'till the passenger side dies.

I read recently that Autozone switched suppliers for these window motors. They used to be Siemens brand, but now I hear they use something else. Anyone have any word on how well the new brand works compared to the Siemens?
