Default scracthing sound after oil change

I just changed my oil today, I used Royal Purple 5W30. Did everything right but there is a scratching sound of some sorts in the engine. When I idle I dont hear anything but when I start driving I can hear it. The more rpm the louder the noise. I checked there was enough oil. I put in 5 quarts. Any ideas what wrong?

Don't know what the scratching sound could be, what area is it coming from? BTW it calls for 5.5 quarts, but I always put in 6.

hopefully it's nothing, but maybe something fell in the engine while you were putting oil in. So it's not a ticking sound?
