Default Oil pressure gauge broken?

I've never really paid attention to this, but I noticed my oil pressure gauge doesn't return to 0 like the rest of the gauges when I turn my car off. Is it broken, or has it always done this?

It isn't anything. My doesn't return to 0 either. Unless, we both got broken gauges.
