How often should I change my NGK 55s? I have about 7,000 miles on the plugs in my 2001 formula which I race at least twice a month. Car is running ok but do you think it's time for a change of plugs?
Also, I gap at .50. Is that considered correct for good bottom end performance? Thanks

Haha, plugs aren't made like they used to be anymore. In a lot of cases, plugs can be good for a looooong time. Me personally, I'd say wait another 20k miles then check them out. Chances are they'll be fine.
