98 t/a lighting help!?!?!?!?!?!

98 t/a lighting help!?!?!?!?!?! First, my drivers side front turn signal lights keep burning out, in turn causing my rear drivers side turn signal to not work. Then my hazards wont come on? And now @ night when i turn my lights on, all the rear bulbs light up, but dont "brighten" when i hit the brake (I found when i got pulled over the other night). Meaning my brake lights are out too i guess, the bulbs and fuses are all fine though? Are all these probs related? If they are or not, how can I remedy these problems? Any help appreciated thanks.
