so i went to work this morning, and when the stereo changed songs i noticed a buzzing sound coming from somewhere. sounded like at the base of the windshield in front of where i was sitting. it sounded like a late 60's GM door buzzer, except it would stutter at times kind of like a loose fan?

i tried turning off the heater fan, that didn't do it... i checked under the hood with the engine running, i couldn't hear it under the hood but i could from inside. it was 5am so it was dark, but nothing looked loose... when i turned the motor off then on it went away.... but then came back after making a sharp turn, then dissapeared after i parked a few mins later.

the sound continues whether the car is moving or not. last time i heard anything similar like i said was a late 60's gm door buzzer or when i snapped the speedo cable behind the dash in my '69 nova. i'll take a closer look at it tomorrow morning when there's light out since i don't get to my car until long after dark.

anyone had anything happen like this?
