does the signal arrows turn on, but dont blink? Do the turn signals turn on(bulb wise?) the flasher is under the steering wheel. Theres 2, one for hazards and one for turn signals, forget which side is which, its like a 6 dollar part at GM.

if the bulb on the outside of the car turns on but doesnt blink, its the flasher module, same with the arrow in the dash, it would be just a solid arrow no blinking when you flip it to turn. Its the flasher trust me, im almost 100% sure.

I dont mean to hijack your thread, but this "flasher module", does it control the speed of the blinker itself. My 2001 Formula blinkers are the slowest Ive ever seen. Will changing it make them faster?

That im not sure about. It seems to me it either works or doesn't. Try changing it and see what happens.
