Trans Am headlight proplem. only opens half way A few days ago I fixed two grinding headlights on a friend of mines t/a. I did this by raising the lights, removed the bolt and arms, turned the gears 180 degrees and bolted everything back up. I cycled the lights a few times and everything was working properly.
He called me today and said last night that the pass. side lights was only coming up about 2 inches. Still not making any noises, what could cause this??

I would guess the arm that bolts to the motor was installed wrong allowing the travel limmiter to come in contact with something not allowing it to open fully. Turn them on and look to see if its binding on something.
