"Best" is a good way to start an argument here. I will say that I put Taylor wires on mine and like them. You can get them in a couple colors and thicknesses. Check Thunder Racing.

I also used taylors. worked fine for me.

Do not buy MSDs. My car and my two buddies camaros all detonated with them.

Stock wires are fine. They will last the longest, and hold together for more plug changes than most of the aftermarket wires will. The wires are so short on these cars that reducing resistance is barely a concern.

I would only replace the stock wires if they are damaged or very old.

Any body else have trouble with MSD? I have them, I've seen a little KR and now I'm curious.

I haven't heard the greating things about the MSD's, I've got a set of Cranes on the way they are 25 ohms per foot and a good price.

Never heard anything bad about MSD wires, I've had them on my car and tahoe for a couple years and have zero problems.
