something is wrong with my headlights

I am not sure what this could be so i came here for help from you guys. This has just started happening. when ever i go to turn off my right headlight it makes this buzzing sound. then when i go to lock my car both head lights will pop up and got back down...wtf..... does anyone know what is going on?

The drive gear is striped out. You need to either replace or flip the gear. Im sure someone will pop in here with the link for you. I dont have it.

Not to threadjack, but my headlight started making a noise today, when i put them up, they come up, but one sounds like it is still trying to go up even after it is up, it makes the noise for about 5 secounds after they come up. If i get out and pull up on the light, if feels like it 'locks' in place, and stops the noise. If i dont pull up on it than it will 'float' when driving. It makes the noise when going down to. Is this the drive gear also?
