Default Car dies when I turn AC on after startup?

Is that normal for a cammed auto to do? I noticed the AC screws up the idle and it just dies out. I usually have to wait until the car is in full loop to get the AC right. What's the deal?

It based on tune. Mine don't die but it gets lower. The bucking can usually be about all fixed with a tune. Its still a cammed car. I got a .600 lift whats urs?

I get the same problem once in a while with my car, my cam is a 234/246 114LSA not sure of lift which is another thing I've been trying to find out, Comp cams doesn't list this cam on their website but its a Comp cam (car already had the cam in it when i bought it). But anyways if I shut the car off and leave the AC on and try to restart i have to keep my foot on the gas for about 10 seconds and slowly let off and it will stay running... but once in a while with A/C on and coming to a stop it'll die.
