Bogging
 

Well it was pouring here earlier, and i had some places i needed to go... Well i went through some water a little higher than i should have, and now i have 2 problems.. One is when i floor it It seems to pull like normal untill around 4,500 or 5,000 rpms and then it seems to just STOP. What would cause this? ANd another thing is when i close my headlights on my trans am, they make a god awful grrrrrrrrrrrrrr noise.... Help nE one!
