99 ta wierd very loud highpitched noise I just recently got this car it has some mods, fast intake,lt,ory ect
anyways at idle or very light throttle the car makes a godawful high pitched noise. almost like a buzzer sound. it goes away when you give it gas, but comes back. it doesnt always do it at idle??? any ideas?? Im leading towards a vacum leak some where because the sound will quite down when you give it very little throttle. oh and it also has a modified stock throttle bodie.

Might be normal, although an easy way to check for vacumm leak locations is to spray throttle body cleaner around the suspected area while the car is running. Idle will change if you find a problem.
