Spark plugs Im planning on doing my spark plugs within the next week wondering if anyone has a website that gives a good how to guide.Also any tips how to do it would be really help ful. And what is the recommend spark plug gap, I got NGK 55s if that matters

I did mine for the second time last week and it's much easier the second time (anti-seize used on the plugs). Oh, if you have a set of ramps, the #8 plug is the easiest to do from underneath. Also, you should remove the negative cable on the battery - someone posted a while ago that a wrench hit the starter and created quite an arc show.

Definitely take the coil packs off for more access. If it's your first time taking them off, it'll be a bitch. The back bolts are a pain to get out. Take your time. I believe it took me about an hour to do it my first time.
Get some LT's and when you put the coil's back on, only put the first 3 bolts back in.

The InstallUniversity writeup talks about replacing the plug wires as well because "Your wires are not all that good either, that is why we are replacing them with a very good set." How do you pick a good set? I'm in Canada, I don't want to have to pay shipping/duty/tax/etc. just for plug wires, I'd like to find something locally.
Also, do the NGK iridium plugs make any difference? (The search was broken yesterday and today, some database error thing

Plan for the whole day and remain calm. It will probably only take 3-4 hours the first time. Second time is a piece of cake. Be brave, stay calm. Have an extra vehicle available to run for new tools. It's fun.

I think im doing it friday hopefully if they come in the mail tomarrow im seafoaming my whole car and I hear it can foul plugs, I know the previous owner had it done so hopefully they used anti seize may make it alittle easyer Im hopin I have the craftsmen 150 peice set or something around there I bought a swivle socet a 10in extension I got elictrode silcone, anti seize I should be set but I got all you guys to help me out which EVERyone on here pretty much ROcks just wanted to thanks everyone whos helped me.

Alright day is here Question can I tighten the plugs to much? I tightened them with a rachet lightly till it was pretty snug but the site says 1/4 past finger tight? so wondering if im gonna be alright I got drivers side done and I dont hear any noises
