Default Hesitation after startup

Car has twice had a hesitation after sitting for a while. First time was a couple days ago but did not do it yesterday though, hesitation returned today. SES light flashes but then goes off and car runs normal. Tried to have it scanned and nothing showed up. New plug wires, plugs aren't that old, original injectors and coil packs, 92,xxx miles. Kinda stumped here. I did pull the throttle body off the day before all this started, but everything was plugged in correctly. Reason for pulling throttle body was for throttle body bypass, tubing I had was wrong size so did not finish it. Did clean the throttle body though. Suggestions?

Just throwing this out there real quick, 'cause I don't know the answer, but if you rent the tool and use it on cold start when you say the light comes on, I think it will pick up the code. AZ take $100 from ya, then gives you gack your money when you bring them back the scanner.

well a flashing ses light atomatically indicates a missfire, since you say the light goes away this should most likely be a dirty injector! or something clogged in the injector that is causing trouble for it too spray the fuel! so now all thats left is to pinpoint which injector is causing your problem!

Oooh. that sounds good to me. Good info, if true.

What's with the exclamation marks (!), though?
